The real Beans from Sarconi
Belisario farm produces his beans in permeable and not very calcareous warpland. The waters of the SCIAURA, light and cool, and the kind of lands give to the natural deliciousness of ecotypes some single features that can not be observed in the products from the same country irrigated with the water from other rivers and cultivated in lands with different peculiarities: the difference in tenderness and fast cooking, irrilevant in the product when it is in the waxy state, becomes clear and characteristic in the product when it is dried.The traditional cultivating methods, the climate, the lands, the waters and the respect for specifications of production make BELISARIO's beans a superior e dainty product. The high contents of fibres, starch and mineral salts characterize the BEANS FROM SARCONI. In their dried state 100 g. of product contain 320 kilocalories; in particular, the different traded ecotypes contain a lot of iron, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins (B1, B2 and PP), making them a really energetic food. BELISARIO's beans, moreover, are not chemically treated or sterilized: possible winter parasites are killed by subjecting the product to about –20°C temperatures for some days before being packed. The preserving of the product in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat is suggested, because its quality and organoleptic features could be compromised. P2/2 |
